3 Summer-Inspired Mocktail Recipes!
We can feel the warm breeze on our faces already! As we get through the last leg of winter, we’re kicking things up a notch by making these summer-inspired mocktails!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup freshly-squeezed grapefruit juice
3 large, square ice cubes
1 tbsp of fresh rosemary leaves
A few splashes of seltzer
Directions:
Muddle 1 tablespoon of fresh rosemary leaves in the bottom of a tall glass
Add ice cubes and fill the glass with your freshly-squeezed grapefruit juice
Top the glass off with a pour of seltzer and stir together
Garnish with a sprig of rosemary and serve!

Ingredients:
A handful of organic berries
2 Sprigs of fresh, organic mint leaves
Juice of 1 organic lime
2 tbsp of agave, honey, or other sweetener (optional)
Club soda
Ice
Directions:
Muddle the berries with the juice of one lime, the mint, and sweetener. In a 6 ounce container, add five or six large berries and three to four mint leaves from two sprigs
Fill your glass with ice and spoon your berry mixture over it. Then top it with club soda
Mix the spritzer using a cocktail shaker
Serve with berry, lime, or mint garnishes!
Ingredients:
4 cups ginger ale
4 cups of water
1 cup dried hibiscus blossoms
1 (2-inch) piece of ginger, thinly sliced
2 (750-mL) bottles sparkling water
Ice
Fresh mint for garnish
Directions:
Combine water, hibiscus blossoms, and ginger in a pot
Bring to a boil, then lower heat and simmer for 25 minutes
Remove from heat and stir in sugar
Strain, let cool and chill
Stir hibiscus juice with ginger ale and sparkling water
Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve!
