Ham & Cheddar Quiche

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pre-made pie crust

  • 1 cup smoked ham, cut into 1/4-inch cubes

  • 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar

  • 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack

  • 1 green onion, chopped thinly

  • 3/4 cup heavy cream

  • 6 large eggs

  • Salt & pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 375°

  2. Combine ham, sharp cheddar, Monterey Jack, and green onions in a small bowl and scatter into the pie crust

  3. In a large bowl, whisk together heavy cream, eggs, salt, and pepper. Pour egg mixture over filling in pie crust.

  4. Bake until just set in the center, about 40 minutes.

  5. Let cool for 15 minutes and enjoy!
